You DO NOT have to go to hell!

I once had a conversation with someone about why she was hesitant to become a Christian, and one of her reasons was that she couldn't understand how a loving God would send people to hell for not accepting Him. But that's not true.
In Christianity, we preach the gospel of peace, not condemnation. (Ephesians 6:15) What does that mean?
It means that although in the past, we couldn't ever fully please God because of sin's limitations, God is now at peace with us because Jesus has satisfied the prerequisites of righteousness.
It also means that God is not maliciously waiting for you to die without accepting Christ and then gloatingly sending you to hell. God grieves when someone dies without accepting Jesus. (Ezekiel 33:11) So, if anyone goes to hell, it is because they chose to (ignorantly or knowingly) and not because God sent them there.
The gospel is also known as good news. It's good news to know that there is abundant life through Jesus, not just on earth but in heaven.
You DO NOT have to go to hell because it is not for you, but for Satan and his fallen angels, as is written in Matthew 25:41, which says, "'Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:" Please give Jesus a chance today!
